SOURCE: What power adapter do i need for MidiLand MLi 691H Computer Speakers??

9 volt, unknown amperage, but I wouldn't anticipate it needing a very high one. I'll add in amps if I can find

Where can I get a driver for my MLi 691H speakers? I am running XP.

The humming noise could be a earth loop problem.
This is caused by having the speakers/sub woofer connected to one power point and the computer connected to a different power point.
To eliminate earth loop problems, connect both the speakers/sub woofer and computer to only one power point. Connect all your equipment to one power point using a power board.

Midiland 8200 (ADS 4000 controller) 5.1 hum problem

You may have an earth loop problem. This is caused by connect various equipment to different mains power outlets.
Connect all the PCs, audio and speakers to a single mains power outlet, use a power board so they are connected to the one mains power outlet.
I suggest you use a power board that has a built-in surge protection.

Midiland ir-hf1 right speaker broken

Hi evtan

The only thing I can suggest you do is to swap the right and left inputs to the transmitter base over whilst wearing the headphones. If the fault transfers to the other channel, then you have a faulty interconnect lead that needs to be replaced. If it stays with the same channel, then the headphones or the base staion will be faulty. Best bet then is to return it to the place you purchased it from and request a replacement unit,. Thanks for using FixYa....a FixYa rating is a great reward from you to me for helping out :) Cheers

Midiland s2-4100 - disconnected tweeter

At this point, you might just want to look at it again and worst case senereo, you mess up the face of the speaker to get inside, Since it does not work, and its not one of those speakers that you normally send out to fix. It is a throw away item. This is why they don't want to deal with you. Cheap speakers are anything under 300, and usually cost more to send out.
