Question about LG enV VX9900 Cellular Phone
The phone origionaly comes with a screen lock where you have to push ok before you can dial any numbers... well that happens all the time in my pocket. is there any way to change it from the ok button to like a 4 number combo so it stops dialing in my pocket?
Alright go to the menu then press 9 and 6 two times from the internal keypad it will ask for the unlock code now unless you have read the manual (who does) you dont know that its the last four digits of your phone number(if the phone has service which i assume it does) and press 4 to lock the phone. Now from any menu (interior and exterior) the phone can do nothing but call your ice contacts (who i suggest setting to the people you call the most to avoid having to unlock then relock the phone every time you need to call them) unless you put in the last four digits of your phone number (this code can be changed from the same menu you press 9 6 6 to get to) Glad i could help

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
