Can't access sd card on my g1

i'm trying to look at my videos i uploaded from my computer. when i do it says sent to my j folder which is my phone. how can i bring it up on my phone?

- I buy a new SD card and I send info from my computer to the phone like a storage card but I can not have acces to the SD card in my Phone.

im not to sure. but i do know that gmote 2.0 the app from the android market, installed to your g 1 and u can use your g 1 as a remote and control your computer. even allow u watch them on your g 1 if u install any video media player that can get from android market. battery goes a bit quick though.
