Question about Video Cameras
Your problem as you describe it provides very little information about the overall product.
How old is the product?
Is this a tape, CD, Hard Drive or flash card storage system?
Did this happen in the middle of using it or was it fine the time before and since trying to use it a second time showed up right at the very beginning?
Considering the vast lack of information not provided with your problem it would be very hard to determine what you might be able to do if it is at all a user fix area.
Please attempt to re-write your problem with as much detail as possible otherwise your best bet is to take it in to a professional shop for repairs.
