Looks like you have a 3 in 1, not a 2 in 1. If you scroll to the bottom of this page, there's an iHome customer support toll-free number you can call to ask them how to replace the batteries. Or, you can e-mail your question directly to iHome, but calling would probably be faster.

The pen is actually 3 pieces - the middle piece with the threads screws off both the top and bottom piece of the pen. You need to remove the middle section from the top. Once the top cavity is exposed you can insert the batteries all in the same direction.

FS2S0 universal stylus laser pen how do you put the batteries in

If you lay the combo pointer on the table with the stylus to the left and the laser end to the right...then pick it up and unscrew the laser end of the barrel from the stylus end of the barrel, or unscrew the clip portion of the pen from the stylus barrel end....the batteries will be in the clip end of the pen....remove and replace batteries with in kind and reassemble.

Kindle Touch D01200 Wi-Fi 6" E Ink Display 4 GB Graphite, I need to know how to unlock this Kindle off of the Demo, can any one out there help me?

Be sure that the Kindle has more than 40% battery life.
In the settings you will find an option to reset it to factory settings.
This option will not opperate if the battery life is too low.

How do i open up my ihome id9 to replace the battery

You have to remove 5 screws located under de black rubber cushion on the bottom of the ihome id9, you may need to glue back the rubber. Peel it off carefully to avoid tearing it apart .

How to take apart

The port was broken on mine also. I looked online and found no help so I decided tear it apart since it was broken anyway. There are 6 phillips head screws located under the speaker cover. The black mesh material is glued down so you have to pry it up and then peel. The backing tore on mine so it will be a challenge to actually remove it without damaging it. Once it is off, you can remove the 6 screws and it will open right up. The charger port is located inside a small black box that is held down by 2 screws. Once I got to the little charging port, I found that it had become separated from the circuit board and couldn't be put back on. Not unless you know how to solder or do circuitry. I figure it isn't repairable.

no PC stated, i guess same name, i gather.
no OS stated, windows what? the book says
FreeDos,windows 2000 , XP or VISTA./
just a pen part number stated.

the pen has battery to run the laser tip

some can be like this.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05111915

some have tiny coin cell, for sure all active probes DO.
seem the battery lasted 11 years, why expect longer?
i would not.
your HP pages are here.

HP support systems are slow today, they have problems.
I was going to RTM for you., the service guide but its stalling,.
or they are deleted the users guide as I click (odd)

what Id do first is learn to service the pen
ie... batteries.
the made vast numbers of pens and i dont see any books just on pens, other that what I put above.
