I downloaded hallmark card studio express 5 and when I input serial code number,it tells me wrong serial #

I followed all instructions and try to input the correct serial code # several times with same answer,wrong serial #

You most likely have the wrong serial number then, as the program rarely makes such a mistake. Copy it again from where you got it, and try again.

there is a chance that you could just google it and find it however thats generally considered piracy so really your only solution is to buy a new copy or look on ebay for a new copy or maybe even a serial code

Hallmark card studio express program loads fine on Windows 7, somethings are missing,but when I go to print the card a message comes up saying it has reached an error and will now close and does same.
It might not work for Windows 7, try going to their website and look for updates OR uninstall the program and reinstall

ERROR 1305 is an error code returned when the cdrom can't read the disk either because it is a bad disk or a problem with the cdrom drive, I would contact this site:
