SOURCE: belt stops when I get on it

This will require a new front roller. The drive belt is usually fine when this happens. Just the roller and the plastic pulley have seperated.
Good Luck Tim

I have nordictrack A2105 and although we "oiled" the belt and replaced motor belt, it still slips. What are we doing wrong?

remove the hood. Turn the treadmill on to speed of 4 or 5 and straddle the walk belt. While the treadmill is running (with good shoes on) step hard on the walkbelt while observing the motor belt and front roller belt pulley. Does just the belt or front roller stop? if so the belt is loose. If the belt does not stop check to see if the front roller stops and the front roller pulley keeps going. If so the front roller pulley is slipping on the roller. If the belt, pulley and front roller are all moving and the walkbelt is the only thing that stops when stepped on then the walk belt is loose. To repair a slipping front roller you have 2 options: 1) purchase a new roller assy or 2) loosen the motor belt and push it to off to the side of the front roller pulley (no needto remove). Realign the roller pulley to the motor pulley. You may have to tap it into alignment. On the inside section of the grooved part of the pulley drill an 1/8" hole thru the pulley and thru the roller housing. (If you drill to the outside portion of the pulley on the left hand side you will hit the roller bearing. Now take a larger drill bit like a 3/8" and lightly countersink the plastic pulley - try not to drill thru the pulley with the larger bit. Using a thin head sheetmetal screw, install the screw so the head is just below the ribbed surface of pulley. If you screw up your first attempt just rotate everything 90° and try again.

I am not sure they carry these boards but most certainly worth a call is Allied Electronics. If they don't have one I know they will steer you the right direction.

Squeaks

No you can not do it that. You must lube the deck belt, roller bearing.
the elevation motor (gear and shaft) You mus read the instruction manual for guide maintenance, if you do put oil in some place, you can faulty any board electronic, and burn.

God bless you

I have a TX350 sportcraft treadmill, works great, but shocks our hands everytime we use it and we lost the user manual when we moved a few years ago. ?

I am not a fitness expert but I did want to pass along a few resources in case they may be useful. Here is a parts list for the TX350, and here you can search for treadmill repair companies in case you need to have someone in your area take a look at it. Hopefully you can find a solution without needing to spend money on repairs, though.

Treadmill front roller has a rubber sleever that keep moving

That front roller's rubber sleeve by all rights should not be moving any which way. This mean the roller will have to be replaced call iconfitness @1-888-999-3756 and order a new up-graded front roller .

My treadmill is making a noise a winding noise from the motor

HI,
To reduce noises from the machine itself, check to see if the machine has adequate lubrication in any places that should have it (see owner's manual). For vibrations due to the contact between the treadmill and the floor, try getting a thick rubber pad, or maybe a few and set the treadmill on top of these to keep the floor from vibrating from the treadmill motions.

I will assume that the belt is not rubbing on anything. There is a long roller that is on a shaft. The roller is what the belt is on. Oil the area where the shaft and the roller meet on both sides. It shouldn't take more then a few drops of oil or a short spray of WD-40.

thank you
