Restart your computer During the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key to enter setup usually the Delete or F2 key this will vary depending on your computer and operating system Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS using the arrow keys load failsafe defaults or load optimized defaults press escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart.

Hope this helps

Thank you for your concern I tried this solution but it doesn't work . I tried to boot from this CD-Rom on another 6 PCs of the same HP model It doesn't work although the same Win 2003 CD-Rom boots on another two PCs. Also tried to boot from XP CD-Rom on this HP DC7600 .. it boots!!

If its not an operating system you are trying to install you should install directly from the cd /dvd your computer and or operating system might not have the capacity to load it

Even with no hard disk installed on the PC , the computer have to start booting from Win CD then it tells you there is no hard disk installed. In my case the PC refuses to boot from Win 2003 CD and go directly to the hard disk I think that DC 7600 accept XP CD' format and doesn't accept my Win 2003 CD' format! I think I have to try another copy of Win 2003 although my copy boots on another compatible PCs . Thanks alot

SOURCE: HP a1250Ncomputer wont boot up.

OK, ONE DVD MUST be set as MASTER and ONE as SLAVE. The master MUST be on the "End" of the cable, the SLAVE, on the other. First try with ONE drive, and if you get it working, swap them out too at first, then after establishing that it works OK with just One, the MASTER, then introduce the SLAVE. Do Not forget to RE-JUMPER between swap outs.

No videos playing on my HP dc7600 convertible minitower PC

Have you installed Abode Flash Player? If not, get it here. If you did install it and the issue still exists, it might be the Windows Media Player plugin. You can go to Microsoft's website to get the plugin.

Try to install the Audio Driver from this link to your specific pc. Uninstall the old audio software first and then install the one from here. Copy the link below and paste it into your browsers address bar.

I have a HP dc7600 SFF. Tried to Install 2 graphics cards no vid

The dc7600 SFF only comes equipped with a 240 watt power supply. I think this may be causing your problems.

I am currently looking for a graphics card for the same comp with the HIS ATI HD 4350 in mind, but the website states that a 300 watt power supply is recommended.
