So, is it caught in a loop...never fully starting or does it do this everytime, but will actually boot up on the second restart? How old is the computer?

Your fan needs to work to cool the processor. Sounds like it is getting too hot and shutting down/restarting. Once it is cool, boot into the OS and check your event logs which should give an indication as to why but it does sound like a heat issue

I am uable to listen any type of sound from speaker and in device manager it is not showing option of enable disable it is showing only hardware scan and properties

Shut the computer down and remove the sound card, restart the computer without a sound card installed then shut it down again. Re-install the sound card and make sure the monitor is connected before you restart. The computer should have seen the card and loaded the correct driver. If you are still having problems shut down and restart in safe mode and troubleshoot.

Computer is a Lenovo TC M52 P4 / 3.2 - I have added a sound card, a PCI express Geforce graphics card and a NIC card. The problem seems to be overheating as it only shuts down like this during the summer...

The case fan should start running as soon as you turn on the computer. I would replace the fan with a higher capacity (CFM). If you have a case that can take 2 case fans, I would install the send fan. Also with the case off, check that the CPU cooler fan is functioning. With the quick shut off, I would suspect that the CPU cooler fan is not functioning. I could be impeded by dust. Vacuum and blow out any dust on the motherboard, fans and battery fan while you have the case off.
This should aleviate the shutoff problem due to overheating.
Let me know if this solves the problem.
Please rate this solutution. Thanks.

Toshiba Satellite A55-S306 doesn't come out of hybernation

Turn the PC on, when it is booting up, keep hitting "F8" until windows boot options come up, choose "Safe Mode" and then once it boots into safe mode fully, go to the start menu and choose shut down. After it shuts down, turn it back on and it should go back into normal mode. From now on, don't use Hibernate, its buggy and has been since XP.

Won't complete booting

Sounds like at the very least, the hard drive is. This is common when a file required by the OS is corrupted, and the OS tries to not damage data so it restarts or shuts down.

Fan Malfunction??

Sounds like a heat issue, pop the side of your case open and turn on the PC, are there fans not moving? Take a close look at your processor fan if there is one.
