SOURCE: Logitech Mouse

Where do you have the transmitter sitting? If it is below a desk (i.e., sitting on top of the computer tower, etc.) it may not be emitting a strong or consistent signal. Try moving it within a clear line of sight to the mouse. If that doesn't work, it could be a problem with the mouse itself and need to be replaced.

Hope this helps, let me know

SOURCE: Left Mouse Down Doesn't Maintain Selection

Check the CCORNELL posting for the solution. Your mouse is double clicking when it should be only single clicking.

SOURCE: My Logitech LX5 wireless optical mouse has never worked properly

hi im josh in cebu phils.may i help you? Friend try my gathered solutions. This problem has a simple solution—replace your batteries! Low batteries in a wireless device will cause all sorts of problems. In a mouse, this typically means that the cursor slows down, jerks around, or seems to hit an invisible wall. Fresh batteries should fix things right up.
If new batteries don't fix the problem, you have some sort of wireless interference. Try moving the wireless receiver to a new position—preferably away from other wireless devices (wireless network adapters/base stations, cordless phones, baby monitors, and the like). If interference continues, see if you can change transmitting/receiving channels on one of the devices, or consider turning off the interfering device while you're computing. Good luck friend hope i helped you.

SOURCE: my cordless optical mouse is slow dragging across

Try this...

Go to Control Panel > Mouse > Pointer Option

There you can increase the pointer speed/motion.

I hope this helps. If not please inform me. I will see what else I could do.

How do I slow down a logitech M510 mouse? I have it as slow as it can go using control panel mouse settings but it is still too fast

The software Mr. Maitia referred to is called Setpoint, and it's the key to getting full use out of your 510, or any other Logitech mouse/keyboard/etc. product. All versions of the Setpoint software and drivers for Logitech products are available for free download at the Logitech support website. Here's the link: Logitech Support

We have a Logitech LX8 cordless mouse. It has worked fine for over a year. Recently, however, we've been having problems when we try to drag something. When I try to drag an email to another folder, it...

Unfortunately, these devices(and I mean optical/wireless mice of all brands) are prone to failure because of tolerances. That's why,for the majority of them, they go for such low prices(in the big outlets). It may be that the very small contacts inside have given up the ghost. Better to get a new one than spend $ to figure it out.

Problem with my Mouse cursor

If it's an external mouse you are using with the slow dragging problem then it could be a problem with the mouse itself ,internal ,try to clean the pad with a moist cloth while laptop is off.
Also look in the mouse setting and change the pointer speed.
Also try a plain coloured mouse pad and not one with mixed colours.
Download the vga driver from here and reinstall it :

CAN NOT DRAG THE DOC SCANNED TO THE FOLDER

Normally only the left mouse button works for dragging PDF file from one ScanSnap Organizer folder to another.

If the left mouse button will not drag the files to another folder, try the right mouse button. If the right mouse button is the only one that works, you have your left and right mouse buttons reversed (see the Mouse settings under the Windows Control Panal).
