Needs a gear adjustment hopefully. it might have a stretched chain along with worn cassette teeth. if you have ridden alot of miles in the smaller gears in the rear you might have worn them out. you would have to replace chain and rear sprockets/cassette

08 ram 1500 two wheel drive 4.7 flex fuel extreme bouncing when braking, the truck is smooth as silk at any speed until applying brakes (at any speed) you better hold your drink

things to check
if discs -check for good disc surfaces --not cracked or missing
if drums check for cracks or out of round
if solid front axle check for loose worn spring mounts / shackle bushes
if independent suspension check for suspension/ball joints
check for failed shockies
this affect is achieved when the brakes are applied and the wheels stop turning b and the axles are allowed to rotate in the suspension
when that rotation is arrested then the wheels skip on the road and again twist the axles
if it has abs breaking then run the fault codes as it may be faulty and not controlling the brake pressure as set by the foot pedal

My power conditioner will not power my cry baby, unless i apply pressure to the 9v adapter on the wah.

If you mean applying pressure to the power connector on the pedal, a COMMON problem is that the soldering of the connector inside has broken loose or there is a crack in the circuit board inside. Open pedal and inspect for these problems.

THe problem can only really be with the clutch master cylinder. What you describe sounds like the master cylinder is not relieving pressure and this is building up in the salve cylinder, applying pressure to the pressure place and causing the clutch to slip. Can you make the problem go away even temporarily, if you open the bleed screw on the slave cylinder? You say that the free play is correct, but is the master cylinder returning fully to its released position?

Jukebox makes records skip.

Most skip problems are caused by a worn stylus or not enough pressure being applied to the stylus. This being caused by the weight on the end on the tone arm being off place.

have you bled the brakes? If you have, you may need to do it again as there sounds like there's an air lock in your lines.

Intermittently I need to press harder to get the brakes to work.

sounds like your master cylinder is beginning to internally bypass. By releasing and re-applying the pedal you are essentially "pumping" the pedal, to regain pressure. A quick check is to apply moderate pressure to the pedal and hold it. If the pedal begins to sink, replace the master.
Also check everything for small leaks that slowly bleed system of fluid and permit air to enter. (especially wheel cylinders and backside of master cyl.)
