Question about Washing Machines
There might be few reasons for that type of behiveur. But most important H20 error mean that you have to check tap and pressure of incoming watter and that's the probably why is over filling. But if pressure is ok it might be problem with valve that open for incoming water and then it should close when it have enough water but if pressure is to high it might just keep flowing in or just valving system have some kind of fault or if there's incoming water pressure to high it might be booth. Also as I don't know the exactly what's going on you could also check filtter which might be blocked or pump but if problem is only when it's starting washing and when water is flowing in I wouldn't worry about pump.
Any questions do not hesistate to contact me.
I hope I helped

SOURCE: machine fault code "f13"
Plug off the wall. There is a thin rubber tube going from the switch area to the exit near the outlet tube. Probably this is blocked. This tube should be free from any blockage; take out the top clip from this tube and blow into it - it should be free, clear the blockage if any and refit. This is the water level tube which tells the machine when to switch off water, etc.....

possibly a blockage at the end of the thin pressure hose where it fits onto drum ie;scale or soap powder. Also clean the chamber/hose it fits onto

H20 is indicating a problem with the incoming water supply to washer.
Check the inlet hose/s for kinks or other restriction, ensure that you have a good pressure to the washer, make sure tap/s are fully turned on.
If all o/k,then could be a problem with the inlet valve/s
Please rate my solution.

First ck to see if your water pump is leaking. It normally leaks when the machine is running not just filling. Also look at all the attaching rubber hoses under the machine and see if water is leaking down the back right side of the machine and then running around the frame to the front long shot but possible.
