Question about Frigidaire FMV156D Microwave Oven
My microwave just stopped. If I close the door and then push it (gently) up it starts but when I let go it stops again.
Would I need a whole door or just the latch? And which latch? The two nearest the handle?

remove the outer casing so that you can gain access to the door locking mechanism, you will then have to use common sense to decide how to repair

Hello Scott Noble - If I was in your position, I personally will recommend consulting a certified technician first for an accurate diagnosis. Depending on what part(s) is damaged from the door, the microwave could possibly have faulty switches, door switches, or latch which only a professional can repair.
