Need instructions to sync with iPad and I phone

Are the headphones Bluetooth?

Strictly speaking, not Synching, but Pairing. Synching is an exchange of data so that both devices hold the same data by transferring data from one to the other so they are both the same.

Switch on the headphones, Go to Settings Bluetooth on the iDevice and click Search. When found, click Pair. If is asks for a code put in 0000 (4 zeros).

Iphone won't find auvio device

Your iPhone might not find the headphones if they have been previously been used with another devices. I recommend holding the call button for 3 seconds until the blue light flashes and your iPhone might find them.

How do you reset bluebuds x ?

Go into the Bluetooth settings of your device and remove the headphones (forget them)

Power on headphones; press vol + & vol - to enter pairing mode (alternating red-green lights flashing); press and hold vol + & vol - for 8 - 10 seconds until the light flashed orange; the headphones are now reset to factory defaults; pair the headphones to your device.

I have to do this every time I install an IOS update on my iPhone.

My iPad won't find my Bluetooth speaker

Go to settings, General, blue tooth and remove any "other" previous paired BT devices & Turn off BT, then go to Sett. General, scroll down to reset and reset network settings, this will not delete anything. Power off BT speaker. after iPad re-boots turn on BT Speaker First, make sure BT is off on iPad as well as WIFI-wait like 10-15 seconds and then turn BT on in iPad it should see your speaker now and let you pair it up.

Can not connect my 9xxBackbeat bluetooth headphone to my laptop. My OS (Win 7 x32) recognize this device but then it says it can download the driver to run this device

In order to use this headset, your built-in Bluetooth in your PC needs to support the hands free profile, audio and A2DP profile. If it does, all you need to do is hold in the power button on the headset until you see the light on the headset flashing red/blue, red/blue. If it doesn't you'll need to load it onto your computer. Once the headset is flashing red/blue your computer should find it.

Good luck from Headsets Direct!
