Question about Seth Thomas Home

Open Question

Need a replacement tank for a St Thomas Creations Berkshire toilet which has been discontinued.

The tank cracked while trying to remove the flush lever which still won't come off! Now I need a new tank. How do I find a compatible tank? Does it have to be from St Thomas Creations or can I use a tank from another company?

I need a replacement flapper for a St Thomas Creations enhanced height elongated 1 piece toilet

Did you try to find a replacement flapper by specifying the toilet model, or did you show them what you have? If this is not a power assisted flush toilet, there aren't that much difference between flappers. Worst case you could replace the whole flush valve assembly with a generic type.

The tank is not filling with enough water. its about 1 1/2 inch below top of tube.

At the top of the float arm there is an adjustment screw to set the water level.
