If it's windows XP check the following:-
Start --> Run enter services.msc
Check "Wireless Zero Configuration" is running
Right Click --> Start
Post back results
e.g. http://192.168.0.1
If you need instructions to find out the router IP let me know

- Please try changing the router channel by starting Internet Explorer and typing the router address into the address bare.g. http://192.168.0.1
