Question about HP Pavilion tx1000z Notebook
For $300 sounds like they were going to try to install a new motherboard. You can do this yourself however if you are not technilogically advanced i do not recomment it. if the laptop is not under warranty you might want to just get a new computer and save the headaches, trust me, new motherboard means new windows install means new drivers.. Sorry for the news but its hard to troubleshoot if it wont start. My best guess like i said is the motherboard.
