There is an "on" positon and an "off" postion, but in between there is a "lock" psition (keeps the same song playing so tiny tots don't change song). Make sure to push "slide" all the way to "on" position.

Your Coby player will only play .mp3 and .wma files. Any other type of music file such as .aac, .acc, and m4p, which are found in iTunes, cannot be played by your Coby. If you have music that's not in mp3 format there are various ways to convert it so that you can play it on your Coby. Please make another posting if you need additional help with converting your music.
If you feel this solution doesn't deserve a good rating, please let me know why so that I may better assist you. If there is anything more I can do to help, I will!
The nameless mp3 player that you have is probably not capable of playing DRM-protected songs. Double-check the songs that you have downloaded from Limewire, and see if the 3 songs that you ARE able to play are in mp3 format. If so, only transfer songs in mp3 format to the player. DRM-encrypted WMA's and iTunes (AAC) songs will not work.
yea the iriver x20 isn't very reliable when it comes to video files. there could be like 10 things wrong with the codec and even if u fix all of them it doesn't help. your best bet is to convert to wmv using the iriver program or another program like winavi converter. its really fustrating i know but its just how the iriver works.
