Bosch EXXCEL 7 1200 trips the RCD before even starting

Sounds like you keep the washing machine in an environment which is either damp or not well ventilated.if condensation or moisture finds it's way onto the main control panel of said machine it will cause short circuits which will then trigger the house protection circuits.quick solution is to gain access to the control panel by removing the top after disconnecting power supply.then using a hair dryer over the circuit board panel for about five minutes, reconnect power and keep hands away from any internals and try to repeat the problem.if it still trips it could be a faulty relay or that the main pcb has failed.have you recently experienced local thunderstorms as this is another possible reason for damage to pcbs.

Sir, carrier model42QG24-C comeing to off after 5 mint and then on after some time it repeate this cycle again and again. The red led on pcb is blinking regulerly..

More than likely it is cycling on its low pressure control.. It is an automatic reset device but each time it cycles off, the TDR (time delay relay) keeps it from restarting for approximately 5 minutes.

A steady and rhythmic 'heartbeat' on the circuit board typically means 'normal' operation. If it flashes, stops, flashes, stops etc, it would be giving you a fault code telling you what is cycling it off. You have to count the flashes, slow or fast or a combination of slow and fast and look up the fault codes.

Getting an E61 error, I have replaced circuit board, replaced power outlet, checked breaker and checked for any visual damage to wiring/connections. Not sure what else it could be.

E61
Heater Relay failure
Heater relay stuck open or closed; Wiring defective
Check for short circuit across heater relay(s) (RL5, RL6, RL7) or L1 applied to heater relay output(s) (J5-2, J7-1, J7-3) with cycle stopped. Check for open circuit between L1 and heater relay connection(s) (J5-1, J5-3, J7-2). If no wiring problems are found, replace Electronic Control Board and retest.

Does not cycle properly

if water valve still allows water even after unplugged electric wires to it then water cylinoid valve is bad.. if water stopes when unplugged then relay in circuit board is sticking or board defective..

Clicking noise in the circuit board and everything in the freezer is thawed

Hi. this will be a failed relay on that circuit board. This is called the PCB(main unit power control board). This board controls the compressor relay functions, and the compressor power current, as well. The evaporator fan, and condenser fan, receives their respective current from this power control board, also. When a circuit board of this nature begins to malfunction, it will cause the unit to not cool properly, due to limited, or no fan actions, or a failed compressor cycle. I would recommend to replace this damaged control board, asap.

My blower flutters off and on when it is close to the time for the auto shut off. This problem does not seem to happen much during the daylight hours. I have changed the thermostat, and checked the wire...

unfortunately the circuit board is the next part on the list to change as the relay that controls the blower is integral to the board. Before changing you need to verify that the relay ?board is the problem, this can be acomplished by using an ammeter on the common of the fan circuit, the amperage should reamin fairly constant during the entire run cycle, listen for "clicks" coming from the board during the last part of the run cycle as you described this issue when the unit is about to shut off. hope this helps...(the relay is a small black square on the GMC board, there are usually two side by side on the board.)

Compressor short cycling

If the compressor is run off of a relay then you could install a delay timer to prevent short cycling.
