Question about Razor Dirt Quad Bike

Open Question

My razor dirt quad stopped working. I showed a full charge but only heard a click when I engaged the throttle. I replaced the control module and the throttle and had the same issue. I have now replaced the battery and the charge pot and I show a full charge on the charger, but now no lights on the throttle. Please help!

SOURCE: Problem w/ razor dirt quad.

Well this post was done a long time ago, seems like you have a bad battery. you should see 24vdc. The batteries are in parallel so it adds up to 24 volts. If one of them is dead it would only show 12vdc.

MY RAZOR QUAD IS CHAREGED BUT WILL NOT RUN

I have exactly the same problem and it started right around the time the "gracious" 90-day warranty period expired.....
The battery lights had been on for days, indicating a full charge, but nothing happens when turning the throttle. Battery housing is very cumbersome to open, but I'll try to disconnect the battery next.

Quad is charged but will not move- hear a clicking noise from the controller on the frame- checked the fuse-ok- battery has 24 volts from it- seems to be the controller- do not see it on the parts list-...

I have a dirt quad exhibiting the exact same symptoms previously described. I ordered a new controller and replaced it. The quad is making the exact same noise and did not resolve the problem. I tested the motor wire with my volt meter which registered approx 10-11 volts before the controller made a clicking noise and immediately the voltage drops to 0. I'm curious as to whether it may be the throttle?? I'm frustrated at this point. I tested the battery and it reads 24.6 V on the meter. Any ideas??
