Right click on >My computer and choose >Manage. Go to >Device Manager and look for items with a yellow exclamation point. If there is one under >Sound with an exclamation point, delete it and reboot.

By using Rynga voIP system if I make call directly, call fails showing that my sound device does not support it.


Go to the options and change the sound device settings. I have a different voip system and it is on Tools --> Options --> Sound Devices

Laptop will not boot when i turn it on, just hard drive spinning, no video or audio.


1. this could be due to a failed hard drive.
2. Have hard drive checked by technician.
your laptop needs service.
