Check your pressure switch. Sometimes the contacts (points) can be lightly sanded with emery cloth/board, or even the strike plate on a book of matches. That is a temporary fix to get through for a short time. If that doesn't work, a pressure switch is pretty cheap, under $25, find at hardware or home improvement store, (pump service costs over $100) and can be replaced easily just remember to TURN OFF ELECTRIC to the pump before replacing the switch. Failing that, sometimes pressure tanks fail, that's not so cheap. Hope this helps, can't help with your mower! Though I do know mowers.

I have a 2004 dodge ram 5.7 liter . O have difficulty starting my truck. Some times it starts fine but other rimes I have to pump the gas and wen it starts a small amount of smoke comes out.truck runs...

I have seen two different problems with symptoms like this. 1. A leaking injector. If one of the injectors is leaking a small amount through the pintle on the end of the injector it will bleed the fuel system presure off and dribble fuel into the cylinder, fouling that cylinder. When you try to start it the fuel that has pooled into the manifold will create smoke when it does start. And since the fuel pressure has bleed off to zero PSI in the fuel supply lines it will need time for the fuel pump to recover the system up to normal operating presure. Presure testing (bench test) of the injectors is needed to verify this. 2. A bad fuel pump, relief valve, or bleed-back check valve will bleed the fuel system presure off while it is sitting. To find out if this may be the problem a fuel presure guage set needs to be installed and then run the engine, verify the operating presure is normal, and then shut the engine down and watch the fuel pressure for exessive drop.

The leaking injector is more apt to create the smoke when it fires up, but both can cause this. I would start with check #2 first. Of course there are many other things that can cause symtoms like this but these 2 are the most likely causes.

Hope this helps, if you have any further questions just ask!

Power steering pump pushing fluid back out when you cut off engine bleed it 4 times still does it . flushed lines bleed it again still pushing fluid out can you help me

the pump should have a check valve on the presure side causing the fluid to go through the rack to the return line if this is faulty the high presure in the system will push back when engine is turned off.

Cant bleed clutch changed both cylinders still no clutch

does the slave cylinder have a bleeder? it should. auto parts stores sell hand-operated vacuum pumps for bleeding brakes. i have used mine to pull fluid through clutch hydraulics to get enough pressure to commence the regular bleeding process. hope this helps.

How to get front brake pressure after changing master cylinder, bleeding didnt help or maybe im not doing it right

vacuum bleeding is best for these brakes. To do it without a vacuum pump you must pull the handle very slowly and pause about three seconds between handle pulls to allow fluid to refill the piston chamber.

Circulating pump shutdown piolet lite shut off on boiler

It sounds like you have a circulation problem. The bleed off valve should only open when you have a presure problem (nonexistent on the open system of a pool) or when you have a over herating problem witch will shut down your pilot also. Check your heater by-pass valve. (A valve in an "H" on the inlet and outlet of the heater) This should be 80-90% closed to force water through the heater. If not this the standered; check the baskets, clean the filter and make suree there is enough water to keep the pump primed. I hope this helps, if not send more info on what is going on.Good luck.

Do not overfill your reservoir tank!

Scheck see if your fan is running regularly and strong. If it's not, then cooling won't happen and it will shoot water every time.

Water pumps can also cause such problems in when they fail.
