Use this guide:
Perform step 1 through 12. Skip to step 36. Remove the basil and the screws. On the back of the LCD will be the connector you're looking for. Make certain that the connector is completely in the socket, that should fix your problem. Reassemble by reversing the steps in the guide. To make reassembly easier, you might want to make a little chart denoting which screws go where on the computer as you take it apart.
