Question about HP Pavilion a1240n (EG136AA) PC Desktop
If you don't want to go through hp try finding the drivers at driverguide.com the problem with going about it like this is that you will have to register with one of these websites and you will probably get a bunch of spam mail so my suggestion is to go to hotmail.com
and make up a e-mail account to have all the junk mail sent to and register with that e-mail

Sometimes you can just go to add new hardware
click on the device or go to the bottom and add new device when you find your device allow the wizard to search over the internet for the driver.
If this does'nt work you can go on the internet and type in your device followed by free driver downloads.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
