Question about Cell Phones
Call your cell phone provider; they can generate a PUK code for your phone (we do it all the time at T-Mobile); be sure not to enter THAT incorrectly more than three times, or your SIM card will be permanantly blocked, and you will have to buy a new one.

Tips for a great answer:
Jan 19, 2011 | Samsung Cell Phones
If you need the PUK ( Personal Unblocking Key ) for your phone, you will have to contact your mobile phone service provider.
PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using and not the phone. So, kindly call the Customer support of your mobile service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code free of charge.
Also, entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row disables the SIM card permanently. So, please be careful while entering the PUK code.
Hope this solves your problem. Thanks for using FixYa.
