SOURCE: trying to find laptop manual

Advent does not seem to have any focus on customer support unless you are a company buying from them in bulk. The best info that I could find however is provided in the links below.

SOURCE: How to fix a fallen felt strip inside advent 6552

Yes, most laptops have 4 small screws on the front of the screen. They are hiding under small pieces of rubber. once removed , they screen pops off. You have to be careful and not to break the screen, so, be gentle with it. you can always consult your user
manual for addtional info how to remove the screen. or you can download the manual from their website if you don't have the manual...

Let me know if this helps.

SOURCE: how can I coonect my

It depends on what connections your TV has, as well as your laptop. I am not familiar with your laptop, so I'll go with generics. Most laptops have a S-video connection, which also is a common TV connection. I would buy at least a 12 foot cord, otherwise you're sitting in front of the TV really not enjoying whatever it is you're putting on the screen. One of the more important things is (usually) you have to have the connections made and the TV on before booting the laptop. If you are lucky enough to have a VGA input connection on your TV, you can get a VGA cable (many of the older monitors have a cord with a plug at both ends, simply use one of these) but you still need to have the cord connected as before, before booting. Usually you have to set up your display after the second display is recognized. Go to control panel, display. Or you can get there from right-clicking on the desktop. Either way, then go to settings, then advanced. Hopefully you have Catalyst as one of your tabs there. If not, I would suggest you get some updates as it is a lot easier with the Catalyst control to set up a second display. Once you get to the Catalyst control, you might have to click "detect" or it might be there - you should see a second display below the main display icon. Right click on it, and select either "extend main onto monitor" or "clone". The difference is: Clone makes the new screen match your laptop screen. This is sometimes annoying, especially if you have family or guests watching whatever it is you are putting on the screen. Extend onto main allows you to show only the focus of your presentation. Think of a Powerpoint presentation you have seen - you did not see anything but the focus, meaning the slides. The problem comes when you want to watch something that does not go onto the extended portion of your screen. You can drag some things to the other screen, such as a window with images, but not all things work in an extended window. Plus you have to remember to move the screen back when you're done, otherwise the next time you try to use that progran or window, it won't show up on your screen. So try clone first, and if that is acceptable, it causes the least problems.

Might be dirty on the inside, in need of a good blow out with compressed air , de natured alcohol and cotton buds first to shift the heavy dirt, remember to take anti static precautions.

Should not try this yourself. Call an Hardware Engineer instead. Laptop parts may get damaged easily and are complicated to be repaired. If your Laptop is still in warranty, best to call Service Center Professional, else, you may contact any Computer Hardware Professional. But better if you don't try to remove it yourself.

System disabled [14473] advent 6552 has some one got password

Passwords sadly are set by a superuser. So technically the passwords wouldn't be the same from the last to the next. So no, nobody would have the password for it :c You're going to have to reformat, or possibly do what's called a password recovery on a USB drive with a linux OS on it to rip it. Or you could go into the cmd in safe mode and if that has no password you could always just change or add a new account with the Admin account in that mode. (Assuming that has no password either)
