Question about Saeco Vienna Espresso Machine
Have had machine for a year and it never brews a decently strong cup of coffee. Seems to grind ok. I have tried several different beans, max'ed the beans per cup dial, descaled, etc. Any other suggestions?

Try resetting the maching to factory settings.
Here is another question, bear with me, what do you brew the coffee into? And is it pre-warmed?

If you have the Delux or Digital there are 2 knobs in the bean hopper. Turn the small knob back 1 mark and see if that will help.

This happens due to condensation caused by steam developed at the end
of the grinding cycle. Make sure that the grinding chamber is
completely cleaned and dried before using the grinder.
