If you are in the UK, the bags you quote are available from almost any Janitorial supplier. There will be at least one in most towns, usually on factory estates but with a trade counter. However some do sell from retail type shops.
Janitorial (or cleaning products) suppliers can be found in telephone directories, yellow pages, and most local papers.

If you type in the model number on your searchbar, the website will be listed "after" all the sponored sites. Use the site that has YOUR manufacturers name in the url. Under the "support" section choose manuals and especially the term pdf. Thank you, Dana

Is there suction where the pipe hooks to the cannister? If so, then are all of the outlets without suction? Maybe the hose is plugged. If the hose is ok, and there is suction at the cannister, then **** up a small **** of paper, one for each room outlet, have a number on each piece of paper, Which ever one doesn't ,ake it thru to the cannasiter is the outlet that is plugged. You can use a plumbers snake to clean out a clogged outlet or even a clogged hose.
If the motors are running and sound ok, then there has to be suction at the outlet on the cannister. If the filter bag is old, it may be best to replace it with a new one.
Without the complete model number, I don't know for sure what componets you have, most likely is the motor. You will have to take the motor cover off and check it out. You can go to sears.com, click on parts, enter your complete model number, scroll down to cannister and it will bring up a parts list where you can order parts, also a diagram of the cannister.
Without the model number, I don't know which model you have. But you can go sears.com, click on the parts link, then put in you completer model number, choose the cannister or main unit, a parts list and a picture diagram will come up, you maybe able to tell from that how it comes apart. Or get me the model number for me to look at.
