you need to check first does your laptop has wireless driver?. if not then you have to install driver first then it will work. if you brought new laptop then you have got an driver cd with it. install the driver from the cd or if you didn't got the cd then go through asus website and search the wireless driver with your laptop model no. hope it'll work..

disconnect all power cables and remove the BIOS battery from the system board for at least 2 minutes. this should perform a complete BIOS reset.

You need to re-install Windows..I'll suggest getting Windows 8 as its quite better than Windows 7..better office, better Outlook 2014 and better speed.. :)

If you use a USB bluetooth, :, you would not have to open the laptop. Are you comfortable with opening a laptop? Do you have the tools and expertise? Take a look at the ASUS manuals:

My friend, I think it is time for a change.

I may suggest the newest ASUS X401U (~250euro) or his more powerfull brother ASUS X501J (~300-350euro). Even so, If your budget alows it, you might go for a most powerful solution like - K56CM which is around 800euro, but packs a real punch.

I recommend the first two options, for running it smooth and everything will play nice :)

Trouble seperating top cover from base/mobo / asus f3s notebook

Have you removed the keyboard, sometimes there is a screw under the keyboard that holds the top and bottom of the case together.
Most laptops have clips/indents that clips top and bottom half of the case together. Start on one side, preferrably at an opening where the CD/DVD drive is located and gently apply pressure to separate the case along that edge. Once you free a catch/clip start working along that edge and continuing around to each side of the case.
