Question about HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer
I have tried everything I can not get this printer to install. I am running windows 7 64 bit, It shows in my list of printers it has the green check mark and says ready, But when I try to print it says error, While installing the software it goes all the way until almost the end and says driver not installed successfully, In device manager it says print driver not installed, I am connecting using usb
It won't work till you get the drivers installed.
Download and run setup.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

boy you just went from bad to worse didn't you? O.K. let's see if I can undo some of the thing's you did, and fix some of the ones you didn't try, and your getting this for free, if it works you gotta give me a good rating, na I'm just kidding, I like a Challenge:
here goes do you have the "restore disk?, I'm thinking not, so if you go into your VISTAXP< you named it< start menu and go to
CONTROL PANEL, then look for the Icon that sez system back up and restore, CLICK ON IT AND PICK A DATE WAY BEFORE YOUR DISK THINGY, pick an earlier date and select restore, follow instucts, click yes for e'thing, and you should be good to go, cause even though you "pushed" some XP drivers, you got the warning that there"is a newer version of windows,so install can't cont" message, I hope, then if this all goes well go back through to the device manager AFTER THE DISK RESTORE IS DONE, and check to see if you have any device warnings, if that goes O.K., then you should be good to go, make sure that you back everything up, and hey Promise me you won't do that again, huh, I know Vista, isn't everyones cup of tea, and some say they same about XP, I still want 98, or Mili, Ha,Ha, so anyway I hope I have Helped you get back on track, and you should be able to download any "softpaq"s from the now "merged" compaq/HP, website, by putting in your pav's numbers on the back, (or) bottom, may god bless you and happy 4th, and let me know if you need anything else take care.

Some drivers differ by specific model, but the entire dv9000 series probably uses the same sound system. You need to install the second driver (UAA bus) first, then the Conexant driver:
If that driver doesn't work, go to the page for the specific model of your laptop. This page shows you how to find the model number:

I have responded to your earlier post. According to the specifications of your PC, it has realtec sound. Click here to download the Sound Drivers. Double Click the downloaded file ( sp26792.exe), which you may have downloaded already. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the drivers.
Let me know if any further clarification is required
