If its a built in device go to my computer>system properties>device manager>imaging devices then right click imaging devices and update driver software.

if its a seperate device that you have added then you need the orginal driver if you do not have it then you need to search the web to download another one

you might have to restore to the original system point using the system restore disks. Try contacting the company that makes the cyberlink software to see if they can help. good luck

1. Ensure you have the webcam driver installed.

Cyberlink youcam unable to record audio properly

I've just run an experiment using two separate mic's and can for certain YouCam has a serious problem with audio. If you hold any note (voice, piano, you pick), for more than 2 seconds, YouCam cuts off the note after the second #2, and all you hear is some phase shifted garble over the remainder of that note. Real nice.

My youcam on my hp is too dark and it wont let me restor default

remove the program and driver and reinstall both. one is corrupt most likely. this should fix it. if you have another pc, install fresh on that and see if its ok

I deleted my cyberlink youcam shortcut in my compaq v3700,however it said it does not reinstall the program but just deletes the shortcut which is not found in the recycle bin too.. how do i go about with...

Right click at desktop go to New->shortcut->it ask the location of which the program is stored. click the location C:\ of that software. It will be created the shortcut

I deleted my cyberlink youcam

go to c://Program files
There is your cyberlink you cam installation folder just find exe of it and send shortcut of it to desktop.

I had cyberlink Youcam built into my laptop and i uninstald it by mistake is there any way of getting it back If so could you please reply as soon as possible or send a link to were i may find it thank you

Ok- here's what you need to do.

Click start, programs, accessories, system tools, and system restore.

Do it in that order then when you get to system restore choose a date that was before

you uninstalled Youcam, that should bring it back.
