Usually if you cant log in you typed the wrong email or password.
1. to log in you can click "Forgot your password" and they will ask you about your self or they will send you an email to confirm ownership and to reset your password2. if you typed the correct password but the wrong email

You will be prompted with a site where you will be asked to provide your contact e-mail address.(should be linked in your facebook account)
Enter your contact e-mail address and the CAPTCHA Phrase. thats it

what message are you getting ??????? do you use the same id and account for all your sites... for example ... facebook for all or google+
if so , you need to try logging in there or contact that site . once you have logged in to their your problems shoild be resolved
