You can do the following steps to permanently deltes your face-book account.
From the above link provide your existing account password and verify your account information.
Submit your request and it will permanently delete your facebook account if you find any difficulties then drop me a message

i have a solution go to the i forget password option which sent you a comfirmation code to your id open the id copy the comfirmation code and paste it to the box your id is open and you easlly change your password.....

I need to report an impostor profile. If someone has created an account to impersonate or imitate you, pleas... If someone has created an account to impersonate or imitate you, please go to the impostor profile and click "Report this Person" in the left column. Check the "Report this Person" box, choose "Fake Account" as the reason, and add "Impersonating me or someone else" as the report type. You need atleast the email address that had been used and should be able to log in. There is on other way, you can delete that account. If you are still able to see the profile on that account, you might get the email address he used in ine info tab (if he allowed that to be shown then).
you can also just leave it alone and maybe, eventually it will get deleted automatically. Or you cam write mail to facebook support with request to delete the account with proper information that your son had hat accound along with the link to the profile.
