In one of the copier machines ( Di251) that displays the code c0500, I changed the heater lamp, in another, I changed the thermistor and in the most difficult one, I traced the problem to the board and changed one of the fuses and they all got reconditioned. Thanks for your numerous suggestions.

Check Your Fusing unit. if there is any possible changes on it maybe wires wer cut off, or some pieces of paper left inside of it (fusing unit) blocking the thermostat or just simply buy an AVR.

That's a toner bottle motor failure code.

Check that the bottle isn't "jammed" into the machine and moves freely.

Press the Trouble Reset Switch on the master Board for this fusing malfunction. Remove rear cover to gain access to control board, small little black switch, power must be on to do this be careful if the code come s back buy a new fuser unit, if you can find one. Quite old machine. DO NOT CONTINUE TO RESET the fuser can catch on fire that will ruin a perfectly good day.!!!!!

Di 251 code c0214

Power Supply, High Voltage Power supply or the Master Control Board, machine on a good surge protector if not after getting these part recommended you get one. Did you have a brown out or a black out. or electrical failure, 1st go with the Power Supply since that feed the other two, then the High Voltage then the Master board, all of this is predicated if you can get these boards the Di251 Series is a Legacy Minolta Series now Konica Minolta, good luck try below web site as a start to find parts
