Question about Acer Crystal Eye webcam
Install the driver for crystal eye. If it was working before, then I suggest that you just do the system restore.
Here's the situation:
Driver messes up during software updates (especially if your driver isn't updated). It's a hard ache to manually update those drivers thus installing a third party software which automates everything will do the thing. Try radarsync.

Try downloading and installing the newest drivers for the model of your computer.
If this doesn't fix it, make sure you are not using any programs like ManyCam or anything that would be using your webcam. You can only use the webcam in one program at a time.
