SOURCE: Pressure won't build up in tank

Your compressor is the oilless type that incorporates a vinyl/teflon piston ring and a cylinder that is open from the bottom. Remove the cover and push the piston to upmost position. Look for scratches along the upper portion of cylinder. If scratched, compression is leaking thru ring and will not fill tank. Replace with Sears part #k0650 cylinder /piston ring kit to restore full power. While the compressor is apart examing the valve plate and reed valves for wear. If worn replace with part #z-ac-0032. Reed valves tend to crack or loose their shape reducing efficiency. If cylinder and ring are in fair condition, then most likely reed/valve plate is the problem. Good luck and email if you have more questions.

SOURCE: air compressor problem

Cheap oil-less compressor, normal.
If you don't like it, buy one that uses oil and a drive belt.

SOURCE: air compressor fills, but slows down as the pressure builds

sounds like you need a new check valve which should be somewhere between the compressor outlet piping, tubing, etc and the tank which prevents the air in tank to back feed to the compressor which would cause hard starting and could damage the motor easy way to check is when you shut off the compressor with some air in the tank if the check valve is bad it would continue to bleed air out out the unloader valve .the unloader valve on your unit is most likely part of the pressure switch when the unit shuts of it should only bleed down the pressure in the pump so it would make it easy to start when needed hope i didn't confuse you

I Have mastercraft 3 gallon compressor ,

Sounds like the pump discharge check valve. Should be located at the inlet to the tank. Drain air from tank and clean debris from valve. If it is stored in a non heated garage, the valve could have ice in it, stopping it from working.

2004 sebring air conditioner stops and starts

Low freon will cause the compressor to short cycle, when the compressor runs the pressure in the low line is pulled down and the low pressure switch turns it off. Not running the pressure builds up and turns it back on. In the old days there was no low pressure switch, with no freon to carry the oil the compressor was destroyed.

Air compressor starts and builds air then idles and when it goes to rebuild air it dies

if your saying it wont recover from idle down mode back to full speed , this might be the IR fuel pump/regulator problem (a pressure gauge will need to be added to verify this ) , if so save your money go with an aftermarket pump it'll last longer

My side by side Jenn Air want get cold but my freezer side do.

THERE ARE 2 SETTINGS
ONE IS FOR COMPRESSOR,usually OFF 1-10 etc
THE OTHER says For Colder Freezer, etc
The compressor setting can turn off the compressor etc.
The other simply allows more air to migrate into the fridge from the freezer! If your freezer is ok , the problem is air flow , and usually its cause the settings are at max which actually gives you a cold freezer and too warm box!

Coleman 11 gallon air compressor wont start

Sometimes the initial start up with the tank at 0 psi electric power is adequate. However when the tank is full or the garage is cold it is a bigger load for start up. Check your overload (reset button) and breaker. If 220 volts one side of the breaker could be tripped without showing.

Husky comp on 1st start builds up 75 lbs and wont restart

Check the reset button on the motor to see if it tripped. The motor may be overheating. Some motors have an internal breaker and they have to cool off before they restart. Also check the pressure switch. Move the switch back and forth ( on and off ) and listen for a click. If it doesn't click with low to no air pressure then the switch is bad.
