SOURCE: Krups Nespresso FNA2 coffe/cappucino machine

First thing to try is a descale. Run the machine normally using it (as if making a cup of both types) a couple of times with a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water. Leave the machine off but uncleaned overnight. run a couple of cycles with just water, and if there is still a slight vinegar taste then run a cycle with a teaspoon of baking soda in water, then flush with just water again. If this doesn't solve the problem, try again with 75% vinegar. If still not working, there is either a control board problem (may be solveable), or the valve/solenoid that stops/allows the water is sticking, almost certainly solveable by taking that apart and cleaning/lubricating. Definitely solveable by replacement. Let me know what you get after a descale if no luck. Hope this helps :)

SOURCE: Too little coffee

1080p60 is a genius!
he is correct. the owner's manual gives you the impression that it is a three step process: 1) turn machine off. 2) push large coffee cup icon. 3) turn machine back on. BUT it does not make it clear that after turning the machine off, you must hold the coffee cup icon down WHILE turning the machine on. solved the problem perfectly. thank you 1080p60!

You can adjust the fill of coffee by holding the large coffee cup down for as long as you want to fill it. Try holding the button down for 20secs., next cup of coffee should automatically fill for 20 seconds. The small cup that you are currently getting was probably set at the factory. Good luck

SOURCE: Hi, My Nespresso LeCube doesnt

I had the same problem. First, unplug machine for two (2) minutes. Then re-plug and as on/off switch is flashing- press and hold large cup button for 3-5 seconds (no light should show/flash from this button while you hold it down. The on/off will continue to cycle through its normal startup, after it completes you should be reset to factory settings and good to go. Good luck to you, this maneuver saved me.

When I push the "espresso" button of my nespresson essenza automatic, it just keeps running until the espresso cup overflows. It has never done that before.

Did you shut your machine off? you just have to reset it. That has happened when I descaled machine. You need to hold the button for as long as you want the cup to fill. ex. hold the button down and count 15 secs. Next time you use the machine it should fill for the 15 secs. (use a used pod so you don't waste the good coffee). That has always worked for me. I had to set both sides (small cup and large cup, you my have to also). hope this helps!
