It won't really help to change youre username because their website has been updating for the past 6 months and hasn't been released for the public yet.
The best thing to do is to continue with that name, and once they release their website, change it.

and if its up Go to crossfire.z8games.com and click store(or something similar) by a name changer for about 200 ZP

You weren't very clear in your problem, but I'll try my best. If you have forgotten/don't know your username/password, you can try to login online with your email, then click "Forgot your password?" and have them send you a new one. You can get your username through there.

1. Open a Web browser. In the “Address” text box, type http://192.168.0., then press Enter on the keyboard.
2. The Web Configurator’s “Main Menu” screen appears. Select Setup/Configuration.
3. From the Setup/Configuration screen, select Admin Username/Password from the menu on the left side.
4. The “Change Admin Username/Password” screen appears. Enter a new user name (optional) in the “New Username” text box, then a password in the “New Password” text box. Re-enter the password in the “Re-enter New Password” text box. Make sure to write the user name and password down and keep them in a secure location.
5. Click Save and Restart at the bottom of the screen.
6. The “Save and Restart” page appears. Click the Save and Restart button to save the settings changed in the Change Admin Username/Password screen.
7. Once the Gateway has rebooted, the password is active.

Dear sir, You can only change your username once so before following these steps choose your desire username carefully.
1. Log In to Facebook 2. Move the mouse pointer on Settings 3. Click on Account Settings 4. On the setting tab you will see the user name 5. Click on Change in-front of username 6. Write your desired user name and click on 'check availability' 7. If that name is available than it will accept. 8. Sign out and sign in again

I fought that for the longest trying to get my gametag back.. bottom line you can not get it back without paying Microsoft. I think it was 15 or 20 dollars. " yeah a rip off" . I talked to the people at Microsoft i think 5 times trying to get a way around paying and it just did not happen... ended up making a new screen name. So either pay them or create a new gametag...
