Question about HP Officejet 4215v All-in-One Printer
Disconnect the printer from the PC, and turn off the printer.
unisall the printersoftware from thePC.
reinstalled the printer software (don't connected printer yet).
restart the PC and turn of the printer, connected the printer to the PC.
print a test page form the PC. if it print, you are all set.
if not, go to Hp.com and see if they have a new printer driver listed.
