sounds like it could be a power supply problem - this is a common symptom for a failing capacitor. If you are handy with a soldering iron, you could replace yourself. Look for capacitor which has a bulging top located on the power board.

Sharp lcd tv modellc 32d44u power light blink no power i what to fix it i a tv technician allso

How many times do this power light blinks at one time switch ON? Count it. These are fault indication, called blinking codes. From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. If you're somewhat in electronics, you can make it right too. If you wish to get more details about these blinking codes, and fault indications, check the site linked here. Pull up previous posts, either by type in the Brand name to your set in its search box, or view it in Mosaic / Timeslide / Flipcard option

There are some capacitors on the main boardthat are low quality. You can buy a capacitor repair kit on Ebay that contains a set of capacitors to replace the offending ones - about 15-16 bucks. I soldered in the new capacitors and the TV has worked perfectly since.

I replaced 4 caps 2700uF and it is slow as on 10 On MSI 6309

I doubt that the cap voltages are a problem. Have you defaulted the bios settings yet? Also check for stray solder on the board. Inspection is priceless. If the bios has a PC Health page, check the reported voltages etc.

The batteries actually last for longer than ~ 6 months, but i prefer to be on the safe side ...
