SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: electronic bathroom scale lithium battery spent

I had a problem changing the battery too. I just couldn't get it out and was afraid of prying too hard because I might break it. So I called customer service to ask them (a bit extreme) but they basically just told me to take a small screwdriver (I used a hair pin) and pop it out. I tried again by pushing down on the opposite side instead of lifting and it popped right out. The battery is just a small electronic one like in a car's keyless entry controller.

SOURCE: Weight Watchers bathroom scale, Model WW60X

I got it! Press "set". You should see "start goal" in the bottom right. Press the user # you want to save as and press "set" again. The display will blink then display "0.0". Step on the scale to get your current weight. Once it's read you current weight, press "set". A goal weight will display. Press "User 1" to make your goal weight go up and "User 2" to make it go down. Press "set" when the display shows your goal weight. That's it. Now all you have to do is press your user # and wait for "0.0" to display before stepping on the scale.

I have Hanson HX5000 bathroom scales that are showing error message OL. I have replaced the battery and ales no difference - anyone gave any ideas how to fix? Photo for reference

First, make sure the battery is not in backwards. If that's no help, let it set overnight without the battery in it before putting it back in. Also, make sure the unit is setting on a level, solid floor - not carpet (this looks like it's tile, but the grout lines are awfully bumpy-looking. . . If none of these things work, I'd say you got a bad unit. Were there no instructions included?

My hanson hx5000 has started showing this error message. Battery has been changed with a new one, but still not working - any help greatfully received

This appears to be a set of bathroom scales - not at all suitable for weighing out chemicals to make your own developer. Have you tried the support section of the manufacturer's website ?

I have a set of hanson kitchen scales and i cannot change it from fl oz to grams etc

To switch your Hanson kitchen scales from ounces to grams, press the on/off button until you see the display change to the measuring scale that you require. This change option is ONLY available as you are switching on the scales, so if it already on - switch it off first and start again from scratch. Once you have set it to grams, it will remember your choice for next time, so you don't need to worry that you have to do this every time you switch on.
I hope this helps. Good luck.

I changed the battery on bathroom scale Salter 987

I had the same problem with my Salter 987 scale. Pull the battery out for about 10 seconds and put it back in. Then push the scale once so it turns on. After the blinking stops, push it once more. The scale will now zero itself. After the scale has zero'd itself it may turn off after a brief moment. It's now ready to use normally. If you're standing on the scale when it's trying to calibrate to zero, it will assume your weight is zero. Don't stand on the scale after replacing the battery untill you first complete the steps listed above.
