Either your inlet hose is blocked or your filter screens on hose as well as machine are clogged. Carefully unscrew to examine and clean out, refit carefully.

Inside the connector is a flat washer and a mesh filter. one side of the mesh filter has a strip/bar across it, this filter goes into the base of the connector with the strip/bar upwards, make sure it is seated in the connector properly.

Then fit the flat washer ensuring that it is clean/undamaged and lying flat at the base of the connector, the mesh filter strip/bar has at either end a small lip, the washer goes underneath the two lips, if it is placed on top of these lips it leaks!

99% positive on this, if not buy another hose!

SOURCE: Popping while removing Hose Adapter

This is a common occurrence. When you turn the tap off, high pressure water is stored in the washer hose & fitting. Try leaving the tap turned on while you remove the quick-release hose adapter. Or turn the washer on (so that it would be drawing water) while you disconnect it.

Water inlet hose either leaks out the top or blows right off when water is turned on.

Yes it sounds like it is. Threads are worn or damaged. Also make sure you have a rubber seal in the end of the hose to stop the leak. Get a new inlet valve fitted.

Leaking water from the hose connections

Had the same problem w/the water inlet w/initial installation. When the water inlet was hooked to the faucet and into the washer, water leaked on the washer end. The manual tells you to put a new "flat" washer (provided) in the washer machine water inlet, but water still leaked. It's actually the not flat washer, it's more of an "U" shape washer that goes into the washer machine water inlet and fits right over the filter in the water inlet valve. Leak was solved, but faucet was on and water was not filling in the drum. Turn power on, select cycle, water level, and press start and water should start filling the drum.

Something must be clogged because the water wont flow into the machine and sprays around the top of the hose end at the washer. I checked the little filter under the hose and its clean.

There should be lights blinking, indicating a fault.
If this unit is brand new call warranty service.
If this unit has run in the past you will need either a new intake valve or new computer sequencer board.

Help!!! water leaks from hose of my new haier hwd1000!!!

If water is leaking from the pressure hose itself, go buy new hoses at the hardware store.

If it is the connection between the hose and the machine, you can add hose gaskets and wrap the threads twice in plumber's tape. This is a thin white slightly stretchy tape that you wrap around the threads before you screw on the connector.

When I connect the water hose to the pressure washer and turn on the water, the hose pops off.

Either the hose connection or the pump connection threads are stripped and will need to be replaced.

Hot or cold water won't come on

If there's no water at all, make these checks:

  • Is there water getting to the machine?
Check to be sure that someone did not turn off the water, usually the faucet or faucets are on the wall behind the machine.
  • Is the water-volume selector switch set properly and are the control panel buttons pressed in all the way?

  • If you have a Maytag® washer, is the fuse (if there is one) in the control panel at the lid-switch bracket blown?

  • Is there a faint buzzing or humming noise coming from the water-inlet valve? (The water-inlet valve is the device on the washing machine that the fill hoses are attached to.) If you can't hear anything, the water-inlet valve may not be getting any power. If you can hear some noise and there's water present, you may need to completely replace the water-inlet valve.

You must examine your machine hose to see if it is blocked. Clean out the fine nets in the hose as well as at the machine entry (inlet water entry). Clean well with a tooth brush, refit carefully. Water should be in good pressure for machine operation.

Hi!

“F20” on display
(Water Inlet Problem—no water or insufficient
water supply) Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle
Unplug washer or disconnect power. Check the following: Are water faucets completely turned on?
Are screens at inlet hose connection to washer
clogged? Are water inlet hoses kinked? Are water inlet hoses frozen?
Do rate the solution.

Thanks
