Question about Eaton ARC FAULT CIRC BREAKER
Have 3 of them. Pushed all three reset buttons and none will reset after turning off and back on. Is there something else I need to do?

Has this problem been corrected yet? If so, great! If not, contact me and I'll help you out. In most cases with these circuit breakers, they need to be reset first (press in the yellow button). And then turn off the circuit breaker, and turn it back on. They're a little temperamental (pain in the neck)! This should allow everything to go back into its original order. Good Luck with this, and feel free to contact me again if this solution hasn't corrected it yet. - Jim

SOURCE: Have three 20 amp Eaton
If you disconnect the load wires on the breaker and it will not reset, the breaker has a fatal flaw.
IF the breaker ONLY fails to reset with the load wires connected EITHER there is a wrong connection like servicing a shared neutral 3 wire cable from the breaker, or there is an electrical fault OR there is interference from a source that couples radio-like noise onto the wires to this.
