SOURCE: The 1/4

I have seen some of the 1/4 inch jacks that had the mounting nut overtightened and it resulted in the riveting of the threaded part to the metal where the wires connect being stretched to the point the riveting came loose, breaking the contact.

The only way to know is to open the unit. Some of the board mounted "plastic" wonder jacks one can't even see without unsoldering them from the circuit boards.

When replacing do NOT overtighten the mounting nut !!!

How to wire Lumax Intensifier 3 without cigar plug

It looks fairly straightforward.
Red and Black go to the Positive and negative, (It's best to have the switch on the negative side).

The Lights themselves look like they come in two groups, the Left and Right, controlled by the Orange and Blue wires respectively. Both can be added together to the Red connection if a switch will be used to turn them on and off (Using the negative side), otherwise, another switch is necessary or the one you have must be used between the positive connection and/or positive leads to controll this positive signal input.

The yellow, (and white if included) are not necessary.
The Green one just brightens the lights, (like the brake light over the flashers, is brighter).

Notes:
- LED lights only work when hooked up with the positive and negative in the correct order. A LED (Light Emmitting Diode) will not light up if hooked up backwards.

- Generally, the positive and negative (red and black) will be connected to the power source all the time, and the signal wires, Blue and Orange will be intermittently hooked up to the positive (red), to switch on the lights using an internal transistor switch, but the same can be achieved if the positive and the signal wires are attached to the positive together, then either the negative or positive attachement to the cars power is switched using the switch you already have..

-Do not connect the lights in series with the other lights; connect all the positives, (and signal wires) to the positive, and the negative wires to the negative source. The fuses will only handle the system they were designed for.

Hi, Sada32 nice novella, before diagnosing any turn signal/running light/parking light issue make sure the bulb is good and the light fuse has continuity with a test light. If you have replaced you OEM lights with LED lights you are going to need a load equalizer. If no turn signals work the cause could be a faulty turn signal module or the connector going to it, look for corroded, loose, or broken pins/sockets. Contact spray cleaner is great for removing corrosion. If your speedometer does not function properly it will have to be fixed first because your turn signal module gets the data from the speedometer for normal turn signal function. If your front turn signals don't work use a test light to check for power and ground at the bulb socket, then start backtracking the wiring through every wire connector to the turn signal switch/button and check for continuity, go all the way back to the fuse if necessary to find the cause of the malfunction. If your rear turn signals don't work check your rear fender wiring harness connector first for corroded, broken, loose pins/sockets, power, and a good ground, (the harness connector is usually located under the seat on the front of the rear fender) then keep tracing the wiring look for obvious harness damage caused by the rear tire. If you still can't find the malfunction backtrack from the rear fender wiring harness connector. If one side does not work you could have a faulty turn signal switch or module check for continuity. My remote control no longer opens the doors even though the batteries have been renewed

Insert the ignition key and turn from position II (Ignition) to position 0 (off)
and back four times within three seconds. Remove the ignition key.
The locking control system is now in "learn mode" for the next 20 seconds the
red warning system LED stays on continuously to indicate this.
During the 20 seconds press one of the transmitter buttons. The remotes signal and
code number is learned by the locking module and is indicated by flashing the
warning system LED.
Wait until learn mode times out (20 seconds) or switch the ignition back to ON.

After purchasing a pair of behringer b212a speakers, the clip light (red warning light) began flashing at just half way volume and bass. is there anything i can do to improve this problem such as higher...

The clip led flashes when a peak value reached the amplifier and it is no way combined with cables or jacks quality (by the condition that all the connection are not in loosing state). So there is no need to change cables or jacks if their contacts are OK. Maybe the signal you are hearing from one speaker has more peaks so the peak led flashes. Here are some tests you can try:
Change the channels. Use the monitor A in the place you were using monitor B and vice versa. Did the peak led flashes at the same monitor?
Change the signal input, if it's possible use a mono recording or enable the mono switch at the mixer, so that make sure that both of the monitors are driven by the same signal.

Red LED stays on

Sounds like the rechargeable batteries are aged out, and no longer able to develop a full charge, and soon will be needing replacement.
A repair center might likely do it for you for a fee, but see "Self Repair" on site:

Red lines, Red screen, tried previous fixes

I would look for an open resistor in the red drive circuit on the CRT board. Check all the components in the red circuit and replace any which are not within tolerance. The resistor could be from a 1 ohm to 10 ohm depending on the model. If you find no bad parts then check for cracked solder connections on the board and resolder. If this does not work you will need a scope to look at the signal going to the red drive transistor and make sure that it is correct. Anything beyond this will require a repair shop. Remember TV safety. Good luck.
