Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
I can't program a new number into my previously used speed dial. I had to manually put in all my numbers when I switched phones and carriers. Now when I tried to put a specific number into a single digit speed dial, it says "in use". I found the number occupying that speed dial space and reset the speed dial so it will show "empty" for a number ....but once again it says "in use" when I try to place a phone number into the space. Anyone have an answer for this? Thanks.
You can reprogram them using bitpim.

To program a speed dial on your phone, enter programming mode (press #9876 on your phone). The phone will display "USER PROGRAMMING MODE." Press the Spdial button, enter a speed dial number (100-119), 9 plus the phone number you wish to dialed (1-213-555-1212 for example), then press the Spdial button one more time to lock it in. To use a programmed speed dial, just press the Spdial button plus the number.
Thank you for using Fixya!
