Problem for Jensen A300HLX Car Audio Amplifier

I brought a car amplifier on ebay jensen A300HLX and the amp is working but I feel it is to weak. How do I check the outputs for the level of power is pumping out?
I openned the amplifier and everything looks good ,but I found one lost screw inside .The other owner had openned it.

if you have a 25 Watt amp (per speaker) then go to radio shack and get (2) 50 watt resistors (8 ohms each). attach them like speakers. turn it on half volume. they should get quite warm to the touch.
