Question about Geovision GV-800-16 Video Capture
Hey there, i need some help with my GV system.. when i try to execute GV800main system.. this message("can't find usb key, please contact with your agent") suddenly pops up and i cant do anything else. i tried reinstall drivers and GVsystem (main system, remote viewer..etc) . I contact the person who sold it to me, but he tells i don't need a dongle, what do ya think the problem could be?

I had the same problem; the
unit was working and then just stopped working.
The software wouldn't let me uninstall so I could reinstall. The good news is I finally fixed this
problem. It was one of those instances where you try everything possible and
you don't know which fix actually worked. For what it's worth, here are
the steps I used.
I used the Windows System
Restore.....to reset my computer to an earlier time.
I then tried to reinstall Tri-capture with the Tri-capture audio interface plugged into the computers USB port. After the error message saying Tri-capture is connected, "please disconnect the device"... I unplugged the USB cable from the Tri-capture. Leaving the USB cable still connected to the computer. I tried the reinstall again and it worked.
