SOURCE: I have a Proform 380 Treadmill. When the treadmill

If the walking belt is off-center, first remove the key and UNPLUG THE POWER CORD. If the walking belt has shifted to the left, use the allen wrench to turn the left rear roller bolt clockwise 1/2 of a turn; if the walking belt has shifted to the right, turn the bolt counterclockwise 1/2 of a turn. Be careful not to overtighten the walking belt. Plug in the power cord, insert the key and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking belt is centered.

Why is NordicTrack C900 belt lifted at the edges? How to flatten belt edges even if it's already properly tightened, centered, and lubed?

Question edited for clarity and typos.
Question moved from Televisions Category, to make model.

It is either that the belt is too tight, or the belt is worn out. The rollers are slightly 'crowned' fatter in the centre than the edges. If the belt is too tight, it will pull the edges up, or it is has been run too long or too tight, the belt wears in the centre, so being thinner in the centre, it curls. Time for a new belt.

My dell 2350 dn feeds to much paper causing jam

Step 1: Try fanning the paper at the feed edge before placing it in.
Step 2: Ensure that the paper is placed in with the edge curl up. When holding a bunch of paper between two fingers, the paper will naturally have a curl to it. It should be placed in "happy" (Edges up).
Step 3: Inside the printer's paper tray and where the feed mechanism is, locate the feed rollers and static feed pad. These will all be rubbery or "foam"-like. They should always be slightly tacky when rubbed against, however paper dust will eventually cause them to become slippery instead. Rubbing alcohol can be used to clean them with care and a Q-tip and recover the slightly rubbery, tacky feeling, thus resolving misfeeds.

My v fit los angeles 2 treadmill belt is slipping not sure if it is the running belt or the drive belt causing the issue?

Might be both.

Generally, with your drive belt, you should be able to twist it over 45 degrees but no more than 90 degrees.

Then with your running belt, you can increase the tension by tightening evenly both sides. Do it gradually by half turn increaments, and test. If it "curls" on the edges, it is too tight.

Hope this helps.

I have a used Weslo Cadense 927 treadmill. I need to adjust the the tread, it's rubbing the side.

When you purchased the treadmill it came with an allen wrench to assemble the machine. That is the adjustment tool.
Inspect the rear plastic cap (the adjustment bolts are there) make sure it is not damaged. If the plastic is broken, it will need to be replaced. This job is not easy. If it is not broken, adjust the belt as follows..
If the belt is already rubbing, locate the adjustment screw at the back of the treadmill on the side that is rubbing.Adjust that screw tuning it 1/2 turn clockwise. Move the belt manually 3 full rotations.. If it is still rubbing, turn another 1/4 turn. Again move the belt manually 3 rotations. Once the rubbing stops, run the machine slowly and watch the belt from the back of the machine..

While running on the treadmill there is loud noise

Probablt don't need a new belt. You need to isolate noise. Listen and look for any signs of rubbing in the area that noise is comming from.

Tread is sliding and rubbing agianst right side of track.

Make sure treadmill is running when you adjust belt. The treadmill belt tracks as the belt goes around. I usually put machine on 2-2.5 if belt is not rubbing instantly. If belt is already against plastic, turn adj. counterclockwise on the opposite side about one full turn. You can usually move belt with your foot to see if it aligns any with turning on the treadmill. Once belt is not rubbing, turn treadmill on and continue alighing the belt.
