This is most likely the power supply inside the unit. If there are no screws present then it is likely sealed and hard to open without damage.

You need to goto the manufacturers website, find
their support section and there should be a list of drivers for your specific
machine. Installing these should resolve your problem. I have a list of links
to most manufacturers drivers on my website.

hello there. Replacement cables and pods are not available online and I'm pretty sure the cable is proprietary. You can try calling customer service at 1-800-367-4008 to see if they can sell you an extension for a decent price.
