Using a voltmeter have you actually confirmed that power is reaching the innards of unit? If as you say the PS is ok and power is reaching the unit, something should be working!

Sounds like it could be a bad capacitor on the power supply, or possibly on the video out circuit. Bad capacitors are a common problem in Plasma and LCD monitors and T.V.'s.

No video signal when is power on. hd and video card are OK. other devices are ok. the video card is haupgage and is ok too the mainboaed is INTEL HD 845


well if you have effectively diagnosed that all the video related devices are functioning properly, what next? must be the monitor.

Requested sir, My Intel motherboard problem CPU power on, cpu fan ok, keybord light ok, mouse light ok,RAM ok,no RAM beap,no display beap,no display???


Try resitting Memory modules Re-seat vid card if not integrated ,If integrated try
a PCI video card or AGP slot whatever is available integrated video may be defective
usually reinstalling memory and or video card fixes this

please do the following steps:-1-try to test power supply adapter in other equipment with the same voltage rating if it is ok connect power to camera and connect receiver video out to tv video in then select video input from tv input button.2-if power suplly not ok change it with other one from the seller.3-try it now if it is not ok return all the package. my best wishes.
